  1. To obtain your refund simply present an “offer to sell”  signed by an authorized manager from the competing dealership on official dealership letterhead to the General Sales Manager or Owner at Jeff Belzer’s in Lakeville within 3 days (Saturday and Sunday included) of your purchase from Jeff Belzer’s Chevy, Dodge, Kia.
  2. Jeff Belzer’s retains the right to perform on this guarantee by either a) refunding the difference or b) buying back the vehicle.
  3. Only vehicles offered for sale by licensed dealers within the state of Minnesota are covered under this guarantee.  Vehicles for sale by private individuals are excluded.
  4. Definition of “same vehicle”:  If new; make, model, year, mileage and option package, must be identical.  If pre-owned:  make, model, year, option package, mileage, mechanical and aesthetic condition must be identical.
