Q: Do we need to make an appointment?
A: No appointment necessary (first come first serve). However, if you prefer appointments are available.
Q: Do we do more than oil changes?
A: Yes, we can do many different services here such as: light bulb replacements, tire rotations, wiper blade replacements, tire patching, cabin and air filter replacements.
Q: Can we work on more than the vehicles that we sell?
A: Yes, we can service most other vehicles on the road.
Q: What kind of fluids do we use?
A: We use ACDelco, Mopar, Kia, and Mobil lines.
Q: Do we send out specials to our customers?
A: Yes, our new vehicle customers will receive mail and email and our used vehicle customers will receive email specials. Customers who would like to receive our email specials that didn't buy their vehicle from us can fill out a small email form by our cashier office and be part of our email program. Specials are also available here on our website.
Q: How long will it take?
A: About 15 minutes once the vehicle is over the pit. If the customer requests additional services such as tire rotation, additional time will be needed.
Q: Where can I wait for my vehicle to be finished?
A: We have lounges, one at each of our brand locations. We have many amenities and things to do like a kids play area, watch TV, high speed internet/WiFi, watch the news, parts retail area, and have current newspapers, magazines, and fresh, free coffee.
