How to Access Your 2027 Telluride Windows, Remotely

The 2027 Kia Telluride brings everyday convenience to a new level with available remote window control, allowing you to open or close your windows using just your smart key.
How It Works
Remote window control uses the smart key to operate all windows from outside the vehicle:
- Close windows: Press and hold the lock button on the smart key
- Open windows: Press and hold the unlock button on the smart key
- The windows will continue moving as long as the button is held
This gives you simple, one-touch control over cabin airflow before you even open the door.
Quick How-To
- Stand near your vehicle with the smart key
- Press and hold Lock to roll windows up
- Press and hold Unlock to roll windows down
- Release the button at any time to stop movement
- (Optional) Enable or disable this feature in the infotainment settings
You can also manage remote window operation through:
Setup → Vehicle → Convenience (or Windows/Doors settings) (menu naming may vary)
Safety First
While convenient, this feature is designed with safety in mind. Always make sure:
- No people, pets, or objects are near the windows
- Children are not left unattended in or near the vehicle
- The surrounding area is clear before activating remote operation
The system also includes anti-pinch protection, but it may not detect very small objects, so visual confirmation is still important.
