MASH Performance | Max Out Day 2025

In the spirit of athletic development and community engagement, the Jeff Belzer’s Performance Center at MASH Campus in Savage, MN, proudly hosted Max Out Day.

What is Max Out Day?

Max Out Day is more than just a test of strength—it’s a celebration of persistence and hard work. Athletes demonstrate the gains from weeks of rigorous training programs and years of dedication to their sport. In their respective lifts, they are challenged with one repetition at the heaviest weight safely possible. This type of event is common among sports and training programs, but MASH focuses in on development and safety, ensuring athletes are learning how to lift in a responsible way.

Gearing Up for the Next Level

MASH is committed to preparing athletes for collegiate-level competition. Max Out Day serves as a crucial benchmark for athletes to evaluate their progress and readiness for the next level. The intense focus on proper technique and endurance trains not just the body, but also the mind, for the challenges of competitive sports at the next level.

One Final Push: The Silverado 2500HD

The day wrapped up with a high-energy Truck Push, featuring a 2025 Chevrolet Silverado 2500HD. The high school athletes were challenged with how fast they could push this 3/4 ton truck around the parking lot. It’s safe to say, they were up for the challenge:
