Tom Vitter was our salesman. When he was unable to meet my wife and I at our desired time, he handed us off to Jordon Gifford, who took good care of us. I rated 4 stars, not because of Tom or Jordon, but because the new car had an obvious paint chip, and the detail department said nothing about this. When I informed Jordon emails chip, he took a photo and promised us he would have the body shop fix it for us at no charge. Tom and Jordon are both first class salesmen.
Everyone was beyond amazing, especially Tucker. I am older and have trouble walking and he went above and beyond to help me while I waited for.my new car.

I usually go to the Lakeville dealership so this was my first time at the new Prague dealership. I was buying a used Jeep grand Cherokee that just became available. It was a great experience minus one aspect. They forgot to get me the half tank of gas when I left the dealership. I didn’t even realize until I was halfway home and then the gas light went on.
My wife and I were pleased with our experience. We found a MUCH better deal here on a used truck than we could locally, so we drove 4 hours each way after verifying the 2 vehicles we were interested in were still available. Made our deal and drove home with the truck with a final cost including tax, title, registration AND extended warranty for a less than just the price would be locally. Oh yeah, better color selection too...
Had a great experience shopping for a vehicle a couple months ago. Took a bit to decide which vehicle we wanted. Went back and they were very helpful to narrow down the trim we wanted. Will be going back if we ever want to upgrade another vehicle.

My husband leased a brand-new 2026 Ram truck, and within the first week it began experiencing electrical issues. The dealership was set to come and pick it up and bring him a loaner truck. After discovering a few loose fuses, he pushed them in and the problem temporarily went away. We cancelled the vehicle pick up because all seemed fine.

No pressure, humorous, and laid back. He made the situation not at all stressful, we test drove a few vehicles I thought I wanted, and in the end he figured out the perfect car - not anything like I thought I wanted. The worst experience purchasing a vehicle I've ever had. From the start it was a terrible experience. If this wasn't the exact car that I wanted I would have walked out within the first 10 minutes. Less than a year later, my Chevy Malibu is needing an entirely new transmission. I bought a used car in August of 2025, it is now 6/1/2026. I felt pressured the entirety of the transaction to leave with a car, and when I asked to view other cars, the salesman seemed annoyed that I would want to test drive/compare others. In hindsight, I should've left without a car, as I already (less than a year later) don't have a car from Jeff Belzers.
Everyone in the Fresh Start program was so kind and determined to help me get a vehicle! I went in expecting to leave empty handed and left in a safe, reliable vehicle, thanks to that team. Then, Dave took over and did an amazing job. Ended in the shop with the guys who were patient and friendly while showing me all of the new tech specs that I honestly, did not know existed. 10/10 would recommend Jeff Belzer's Lakeville. The truck we bought is great, the initial buying experience was good, the customer service after the sale has been pretty poor. There was a chip in the windshield that was brought to their attention before we bought it, and we were told it had been filled to prevent cracking.
