The Sheriff’s Youth Project

The Sheriff’s Youth Project of LeSueur County is a non-profit that stives to support youth in Minnesota with safe opportunities for positive growth, learning, and development. In just the last two years, SYP has supported over 150 organizations throughout the State and in our local communities. These donations range from libraries and food shelves to youth mental health and suicide awareness along with youth sports, schools, and supporting families that have experienced unforeseen hardships. The Hunt at Traxler’s

Sponsors and supporters hit the road to LeCenter, to take part in the annual fundraisers at Traxler’s Hunting Preserve. The over 750 acres of rolling hills, woods, lakes, fields, and natural grasses make for a perfect destination. The day is split into sporting clays, a pistol range, as well as pheasant and chucker hunting in the fields. The event wrapped up with a banquet dinner and silent auction, all in support of local causes.
