Chevrolet just added the 2024 Chevrolet Traverse to the list of vehicles available to Build and Price. The new body style of the 2024 Traverse has been highly sought after, and the ability to fully build and customize your vehicle is alluring to many. With this innovative tool, you can personalize your Traverse to best meet your needs from the comfort of your home. The Build & Price Process

This process is simple, easy, and takes about 15 minutes to complete. You can choose your preferred trim level, color, features, and more. This allows you to be in complete control of building the Traverse of your dreams. Let’s walk through this process step-by-step.

1. Trim Style

The first step in this process is choosing your desired trim style. To begin, select whether you would like FWD or AWD. Then, choose the trim level. Note that the Z71 trim level is only available in AWD. See below for a further breakdown of trim levels.

2. Exterior

Next, choose your color! Notice that the trim levels have different colors options available. For example, if you like the Harvest Bronze color, it is only available on the Z71 trim. Another thing to keep in mind is that if you want Radiant Red or Iridescent Peal, it will be an additional $495 or $995 charge, respectively. Here is a breakdown of the different colors offered per trim level:

• LS: Summit White, Mosaic Black, Sterling Gray, Lakeshore Blue 
• LT: Summit White, Mosaic Black, Sterling Gray, Lakeshore Blue, Radiant Red ($495), Iridescent Pearl ($995) 
• Z71: Mosaic Black, Sterling Gray, Harvest Bronze, Lakeshore Blue, Radiant Red ($495), Iridescent Pearl ($995) 
• RS: Mosaic Black, Sterling Gray, Stardust Metallic, Lakeshore Blue, Radiant Red ($495), Iridescent Pearl ($995)

3. Wheels

This next step is fairly straightforward. Choose the wheels that you want on your Traverse. With the Z71 and RS trim levels, you only have one option, which makes your decision easy! With the LS and LT, you have two options to choose from. 

• LS: 18” Grazen Metallic machined-face aluminum wheel, 20” High Gloss Black painted aluminum wheels 
• LT: 18” Grazen Metallic machined-face aluminum wheel, 20” High Gloss Black painted aluminum wheels 
• Z71: 18” High Gloss Black painted machined-face aluminum 
• RS: 22” High Gloss Black painted aluminum

4. Interior

Now that you are done with the exterior, let’s move onto the interior. This will be the color and fabric of the seats and other elements up front. Like the wheels, some trim levels only have one option for the interior. Note that upgrading to the Evotex leather seat trim will increase the cost by $1,000. 

• LS: Jet Black, Premium cloth seat trim 
• LT:
  • Jet Black, Premium cloth seat trim 
  • Jet Black/Gideon, Premium cloth seat trim 
  • Jet Black, Evotex seat trim ($1,000) 
• Z71:  
  • Jet Black with Torch Red accents , Premium cloth seat trim 
  • Jet Black with Torch Red accents , Evotex seat trim ($1,000) 
• RS: Jet Black with Torch Red accents, Perforated Leather-appointed seat trim

5. Packages

This next step presents package offerings to advance your Traverse. They all come with additional costs, which will be noted next to the package name. Let’s break them down. 

RS

• Cargo Package (see dealer for pricing) 
  • Foldable cargo organizer, cargo tray with divider, vertical cargo net 
• Roadside Safety Package ($195) 
  • First aid kit, highway safety kit 
• Interior Protection Package ($250) 
  • First and second row all-weather floor mats, third row all-weather floor liner 
• Floor Liner Package ($275) 
  • First and second row all-weather floor liners, third row all-weather floor liner 

LS and Z71

Same options as RS, with the following additional option:

• Midnight/Sport Edition ($1,785) 
  • High Gloss Black upper door moldings, 20” all-season blackwall tires, 20” High Gloss Black painted aluminum wheels 

LT

Same options as LS and Z71, with the following additional options

• Trailering Package ($650) 
  • Hitch Guidance, Alternator (220 amps), Hitch View 
• Enhanced Driving Package ($3,280) 
  • Super Cruise driver assistance technology, Enhanced Automatic Parking Assist, Driver Attention Assist

6. Options

You are almost to the finish line! After packages comes additional add-on options. These allow you to customize your vehicle even further and ensure you have everything you need. They vary across trim levels, but here are some of the options that you can add onto your Traverse build.

7. Summary

You are done! Once you hit the Summary button, your order and costs associated with each feature will be broken down. You can also change anything from the previous sections on this screen. If you are satisfied with your build, you now have the option to Locate a Dealer to officially submit your order. Once you have placed your order through a dealership, they will keep you up to date on the status of your order, from manufacturing to delivery.
